Does every plan include the full analysis engine?
Yes. Individual, Team, and Enterprise plans all include the complete desktop workflow for import, filtering, statistics, volcano plots, PCA, heatmaps, tables, and exports.
Where is study data processed?
Scientific analysis runs in the desktop application. The web dashboard is used for account, billing, organization, and device-seat management.
Can I change or cancel a plan?
Plan and billing changes are managed from the account dashboard. Upgrades can take effect immediately, while cancellation retains access through the current paid period.
What counts as a device?
A device is an activated desktop installation. Administrators can review active devices and release an old machine when a workstation is replaced.
